Tracking Your OrderUpdated 9 days ago

We make it easy to follow your DIY guitar kit from our warehouse to your doorstep. Here’s everything you need to know about finding and using your tracking number.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number

  • When your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
  • You can also find your tracking number by:

How to Track Your Order

  1. Go to our tracking page: guitarkitworld.com/track
  2. Enter your tracking number (or order number) exactly as it appears in your email.
  3. Click “Track” to see the most up-to-date status from the shipping carrier.

Understanding Tracking Updates

  • From U.S. warehouse (U.S. addresses): Tracking may take 5+ business days to start showing updates.
  • From China (international warehouse): Tracking is often inactive for 4–5 weeks and will start updating once the parcel enters your country.
  • Updates may be slower during public holidays, weekends, or peak shipping seasons.

What Each Tracking Stage Means

Your tracking page moves through these stages. Here is what each one means:

  • Order received: We have your order and are preparing it. How soon it ships depends on your kit type (see Delivery Timeline).
  • Prepared: Your order is packed and your shipping label is created. The carrier has not scanned it yet, so tracking stays quiet for a short while. This is normal.
  • Order shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way.
  • Tracking active: Your parcel is moving and tracking is live. Updates often arrive in bursts, so a quiet day or two between scans is normal.
  • Out for delivery: Your parcel is on the delivery vehicle and should arrive that day.
  • Available for pickup: Your parcel is waiting at a local pickup point. Collect it within the carrier's holding period, often 5 to 7 days, before it is returned.
  • Delivered: Your order has arrived at your address. If you do not see it, check around the delivery area and with household members, then contact us.

If something looks off:

  • There is an issue or exception: Usually a customs review or address check. Most clear on their own within a few days.
  • Delivery attempt was unsuccessful: The carrier will usually try again the next business day.
  • No recent updates: Common on international routes during long transit and customs. If there is no movement for more than 30 days, contact us.
