We ship DIY guitar kits to 100+ countries, but there are a few limitations on where and how we can deliver. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1) Address Restrictions

• No P.O. Boxes: Please enter a physical street address at checkout.
• No APO/FPO/DPO: Military and diplomatic mail addresses aren’t supported by our carriers.
• Incomplete or incorrect addresses: Orders returned due to address issues can be reshipped to an eligible address; additional shipping fees may apply.

2) Regional Restrictions

• U.S. warehouse inventory: In‑stock items from our U.S. warehouse ship to U.S. addresses only.
• Temporarily unavailable destinations: Some countries/regions may be paused due to carrier service changes or local regulations. If your destination is restricted, checkout may be blocked or our team will contact you after purchase.

3) Customs, Duties & Import Rules

• Local authorities may restrict the import of certain wood species, electronics, or components. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering.
• Any duties, taxes, or import fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Shipments refused or returned by customs can be reshipped to an eligible address once they are received back; additional shipping fees may apply.

4) Courier & Package Limitations

• Some carriers have size/weight limits or service exclusions that may require split shipments or alternative routing.
• Hazardous materials (e.g., batteries/pressurized aerosols/solvents) cannot be shipped and are not included with kits.
