We want you to know exactly when to expect your DIY guitar kit. Below are our standard estimated delivery times based on where your order ships from and the type of kit you’ve purchased.

Estimated Delivery Times

• In-stock kits (U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses): Estimated delivery in 6-12 business days. Tracking may take over 5 business days to begin showing updates.
• In-stock kits (China / International warehouse): Estimated delivery in 2-6 weeks depending on your destination country. Tracking may be inactive for 4-5 weeks and usually starts updating once the parcel enters your country.
• Pre-order kits: Estimated delivery timeline is listed on the product page. You will be notified when it ships.
• Custom Shop kits: Estimated delivery in approximately 8 months (includes production and shipping time).

When you receive a Shipping Label Prepared email, it means your order is one step closer to you:

• From U.S. warehouse: Tracking may take over 5 business days to update.
• From China (international warehouse): Tracking may be inactive for 4–5 weeks and starts updating once your parcel enters your country.
