We’re committed to getting your DIY guitar kit to you quickly, safely, and with as little hassle as possible. This page provides an overview of how we ship and our typical delivery timelines. For our full terms and conditions, please see our Shipping Policy.


Where We Ship

  • We ship to over 100 countries worldwide.
  • To check if we can deliver to your location, please contact us.
  • Note: We currently cannot ship to PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Warehouses & Carriers

  • In-stock kits ship from our US or China warehouses using trusted international and domestic courier services (e.g., UPS, FedEx, EMS, and others).
  • Custom Shop kits ship from China.
  • Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page.

Delivery Times

  • US Warehouse → USA only: ~10 days
  • International Warehouse → 100+ countries: 2–6 weeks
  • Custom Shop kits: ~8 months (production + shipping)

Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections or regulations in your country.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $45 in the contiguous USA.
  • Free shipping on select products from our International Warehouse collection to 100+ countries.
  • To confirm free shipping eligibility, add an item to your cart and check the checkout page.

Custom Shop Orders

The delivery time shown is an estimate only. Some orders may take longer to produce, but we promise your kit will be worth the wait.

Customs, Duties & Local Fees

  • Your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
  • These charges are not covered by Guitar Kit World and must be paid by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to non-payment or failure to claim, a USD $100 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • Once your package reaches your country, final delivery is handled by local postal services.
  • If undelivered and returned to us, redelivery costs are the customer’s responsibility.
