Our Custom Shop DIY guitar kits are made to order, allowing you to create a truly unique instrument. This page explains the production timeline, shipping process, and our cancellation policy.

Production Time

• Custom Shop kits are built to order based on your selected specifications.
• Standard production time is approximately ~7 months. This includes:
  • Material selection
  • Handcrafting and assembly
  • Quality control
• Production timelines may vary due to material availability, customization complexity, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Process

• Once production is complete, your kit is shipped from China using trusted international couriers.
• Estimated shipping time is ~1 months, bringing the total estimated delivery to ~8 months from the date of order.
• We provide a tracking number once your kit leaves our workshop. You can track it at guitarkitworld.com/track.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after 5 days from the order date are subject to a $150 fee due to the start of custom production.

Returns & Refunds

Due to their custom nature, Custom Shop kits are non-returnable once delivered. For more details, see our Returns & Refund Policy.
