Where are your DIY guitar kits made?Updated 12 days ago

All Guitar Kit World DIY kits are manufactured in China by our long-term luthier partners to our own specs. We’ve worked with the same workshops since 2013 and every kit goes through quality checks before it leaves the factory.

Where do orders ship from?

We fulfill our in-stock guitar kits from warehouses:

• U.S. warehouse – in-stock items ship to U.S. addresses (typical delivery ≈ 10 days).
• International warehouse (China) – in-stock items ship worldwide (typical delivery ≈ 2–6 weeks). Shipping to a US address from this warehouse costs you nothing extra. We cover the US import tariff.

Custom Shop kits:

• Built to order by the same partner workshops. Estimated delivery is about 6-8 months (production + shipping).

Preorder kits:

• Estimated delivery is about 3-6 months.
