Coverage
- Full warranty (first 10 days): All parts and workmanship are covered for defects reported within 10 days of receipt.
- Limited warranty (after 10 days): Applies to defects reported after 10 days but within 30 days. Refunds or replacements may be partial.
- No coverage after 30 days: Claims reported more than 30 days after delivery are not covered under warranty.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by assembly errors, alterations, or adjustments to the product.
- Damage caused by humidity changes, such as cracking, twisting, or veneer separation.
- Natural characteristics of certain woods (e.g., minor defects in spalted maple veneer).
Warranty Remedies
- Most warranty claims are resolved by repair or replacement of the defective part.
- If a refund is the approved remedy, it will be issued after the returned product is inspected and approved.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us immediately after discovering the issue.
- Include clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with a brief description and your order number.
