14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Changed your mind? No problem. If you have not opened or started building the kit, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.

• Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order
• The kit must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• You cover the cost of return shipping
• Once we receive the kit and confirm it is in original condition, we process your full refund within 5 business days

This guarantee does not apply to Custom Shop orders.

30-Day Defect Coverage

If something arrived damaged, defective, or a part is missing, we have you covered for 30 days.

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Include a photo or short video that shows the issue
• Our support team will review and work with you on the best solution

Depending on the issue, we may send a free replacement part, offer a partial refund so you can source the fix locally, or offer a full refund for major defects that cannot be resolved.

We may ask you to return the defective part before we ship the replacement. We cover return shipping for defective parts when this is required.

What Is Not Covered

• Damage during assembly - We will still help you fix it. Reach out to our Builder Success team and we will walk you through a solution.
• Damage from humidity changes - Unfinished wood can expand or contract if humidity levels differ from where the kit was stored. This can cause cracking, warping, or loose joints. See our guide: Fixing Cracks and Loose Neck Joints Caused by Humidity
• Natural wood pattern variations - Grain pattern and color may vary from product page photos. Veneer kits may have minor imperfections that are part of the natural character of the wood.

Returns Due to Unpaid Customs

If your order is returned because customs duties were not paid, we will refund your order minus an $80 handling fee to cover round-trip shipping and processing costs. The kit must arrive back in original condition.
