Unopened stock kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The kit must be unused and in its original packaging, and you cover return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or missing parts are covered separately for 30 days. Send a photo or short video and we will sort it out.

Custom Shop kits are not eligible for the 14-day return because they are built to your specifications.

Assembly damage, humidity cracks, and natural wood variation are not covered, though we will still help you fix them. See Fixing Cracks and Loose Neck Joints Caused by Humidity.
