We stand behind the quality of our DIY guitar kits and want you to be confident in your purchase. This page outlines the basic eligibility, timeframes, and conditions for returns. For the full policy, please see our Refund Policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
• Altered or modified items are not eligible for return.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by changes in humidity (e.g., cracking or twisting of timber).
• Custom Shop kits are non-returnable.

Timeframes

• Up to 10 days after receipt → Full refund once the product is returned and inspected.
• 10–30 days after receipt → 50% refund once the product is returned and inspected.
• Over 30 days after receipt → Not eligible for refund under our warranty.

Conditions

• Include clear photos or videos showing any defects or issues when you contact us.
• If a part needs replacement, we may require you to return the faulty part before a replacement is sent.
• Replacement delivery times may be longer for Custom Shop kits.
• If damage is determined to have occurred during assembly, the replacement part will be invoiced to you.

Returns Due to Unpaid Customs

If your order is returned because customs duties were unpaid or customs clearance was not completed, an USD $80 handling fee will be deducted from your refund. See our Shipping Policy for details.
