Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
• Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 3-5 business days.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

When Refunds Are Issued

• Order cancelled before shipment: Refund processed immediately upon approval.
• Order cancelled after shipment: Refund issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee return: Refund issued after the returned kit passes inspection (must be unopened, unused, in original packaging).
• 30-Day Defect Coverage claim: Most defect claims are resolved by replacement part or partial refund. If a full refund is the approved solution, it is issued after inspection/return. See details in our Refund Policy.
