Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
When Refunds Are Issued
- Order cancelled before shipment: Refund processed immediately upon approval.
- Order cancelled after shipment: Refund issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Approved return: Refund issued after the returned item passes inspection (see timeframes in our Refund Policy).
- Approved warranty claim (refunds only): Most warranty claims result in repair or replacement. If a refund is the approved remedy, it’s issued after inspection/return. See details in our Refund Policy.
