We understand that plans can change. Here is how cancellations work for each order type. For full terms, see our Refund Policy.
Stock Orders (US and International Warehouse)
Orders typically ship within 1 business day. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
- If the order has not been handed to the courier yet, we will cancel and refund in full.
- Once it has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can use our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee once the kit arrives - return it unopened and unused within 14 days for a full refund. You cover return shipping.
Pre-Orders
- If the kit has not shipped yet, you can cancel for a full refund at any time.
- Once it ships, standard return policy applies.
Custom Shop Orders
- Can be cancelled within 5 days of placing your order at no charge.
- After 5 days, a $150 cancellation fee applies because our team has already started building your custom kit.
How to Request a Cancellation
Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Include your order number and cancellation request.
Important
We cannot guarantee cancellation for any order once it has been placed, because fulfillment begins almost immediately. The sooner you reach out, the better your chances. If we are unable to cancel in time, you are still covered by our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (does not apply to Custom Shop orders).
