We understand that plans can change. This page explains our cancellation rules for standard and Custom Shop orders. For full terms, see our Refund Policy.

Standard Orders

• Within 24 hours of placing your order: If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
• After 24 hours: If your order has already shipped, we can cancel it once the package is returned to our warehouse. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Custom Shop Orders

• Can be cancelled within 5 days of purchase without a fee.
• After 5 days, a USD $150 cancellation fee applies as production will have already started on your custom kit.

How to Request a Cancellation

• Contact us via our Contact Page as soon as possible.
• Include your order number and cancellation request in your message.

Important Notes

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled — they must be returned after delivery following our Return Policy.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
