Merch orders: printing, shipping, final sale and misprintsUpdated 4 hours ago

Our Guitar Kit World merch (hats, caps, shirts, polos, aprons and build mats) is printed to order just for you by our print partner.

Where and when it ships

• Merch ships free to United States addresses only.
• It ships on its own, separate from any guitar kit in the same order.
• It ships within 10 business days and usually arrives in 1 to 3 weeks.
• We email you a tracking number when it ships.

Can I cancel my merch order?

Yes, until printing starts. Email [email protected] right away with your order number. We will tell you if we caught it in time. Once printing starts, we can not cancel it. If your merch can not ship within 10 business days, we will email you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

Merch is final sale. We do not give refunds, store credit or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size chart on the product page before you order.

Misprinted or damaged?

Our 30-Day Limited Warranty covers it. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send you a free replacement, or refund you if we can not. You do not need to send it back.

Full details are in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
