Damaged or Missing ItemsUpdated a month ago

We take great care in packing and shipping your DIY guitar kit, but if something arrives damaged or is missing from your order, we are here to help. You are covered under our 30-Day Defect Coverage - just contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

What to Do

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the damage or missing parts, along with your order number.
  • For damaged parts, we may ask you to return the defective part before sending a replacement. We cover return shipping for defective parts.

Missing Items

  • Double-check all packaging - sometimes smaller components are packed separately inside the box.
  • If the item is confirmed missing, we will ship the replacement as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Replacement delivery times may be longer for Custom Shop kits.
  • If the issue is found to be caused during assembly, our Builder Success team will still help you find a solution. Just reach out.
