Damaged or Missing ItemsUpdated a month ago

We take great care in packing and shipping your DIY guitar kit, but if something arrives damaged or is missing from your order, we’re here to help.


What to Do

  • Contact us immediately via our Contact Page.
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the damage or missing parts, along with your order number.
  • For damaged parts, we may ask you to return the faulty part before sending a replacement.

Missing Items

  • Double-check all packaging — sometimes smaller components are packed separately inside the box.
  • If the item is confirmed missing, we will ship the replacement as quickly as possible.

Important Notes

  • Replacement delivery times may be longer for Custom Shop kits.
  • If the issue is found to be caused during assembly, replacement parts will be invoiced to you.
