Single-kit orders: no. For single-kit stock orders, whether the kit is currently in stock or is a pre-order, we do not provide photos or images of the actual body, neck, top, veneer, fretboard, hardware, or other items being shipped. Single-kit stock orders are fulfilled from inventory and cannot be photographed or held for customer approval before dispatch.

Custom and bulk orders: it depends on the shipping warehouse. We can provide photos of the actual kits for custom orders and bulk orders of five or more kits only when they are shipped from our international warehouse in China, if the request is made in advance. If the order ships from our U.S. warehouse, we cannot provide photos of the actual body, neck, or other items being shipped. For eligible China-warehouse orders, preparing and approving images may delay the shipping time.
